Read it daily and be encouraged and uplifted. In it is all the truth needed to grow spiritually.

LYFE is designed to help groups engage with the Bible together. It is based around six spiritual formation themes including the Holy Spirit, prayer and Bible reading. There are 36 sessions in total, and LYFE is designed to be flexible so groups can choose how they progress through the resource.
