FREIGHT CHARGES WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Free freight is offered to any non – rural address in New Zealand on all purchases $99 or more for orders placed online. This is an online freight rate and may differ from freight rates offered through our Stores. Rural Deliveries will be charged a surcharge of $4.00.
All purchases, freighted to a non-rural address in New Zealand, under $99 will incur a freight cost of $8.95. Rural Deliveries will be charged a surcharge of $12.95.
Free freight does not apply to Ministry Accounts that receive ministry discounts.
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

All online orders are consolidated and dispatched from our Distribution Centre based in Manukau City, Auckland.
SHIPPING TIMES FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS
"Items listed as In-Stock are currently available at our Distribution Centre and/or any of our 14 Manna Christian Stores nationwide. If an item needs to be sourced from one of our branches to fulfil an order, there might be a slight delay as we retrieve the stock and dispatch your order from our Auckland Distribution Centre. We will always recall items for your order at the closest branch to Auckland but at times when there is no stock available locally we will need to recall stock from other North Island stores or even at times our South Island stores. To determine the estimated delay for your order due to stock retrieval from branches outside Auckland, please click on the 'Find in store' button when viewing a product. This will show you which branch has the stock available. Then, refer to the following time frames to calculate the expected dispatch timeline for your order.

- North Island 5 – 7 working days
- South Island 7 – 10 working days
- North Island Rural 7 – 10 working days.
- South Island Rural 10-12 working days
SHIPPING TIMES FOR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
- Out-of-stock items - Expected Delivery time: Items marked as ‘Stock Due, arrival ___+ weeks’ are available on Backorder and are either already on order from the publisher or will be ordered from our suppliers when we receive a customer order for them.
Items marked as ‘Available from Supplier’ are future releases. These can be pre-ordered. To confirm the release date and the estimated time of arrival please email [email protected]before placing an order.
Note: All freight needs to be sent to a physical address (not to a P.O. Box).
Please note deliveries to the Outer Islands (Chatham, Kawau, Waiheke etc) will be delivered via NZ POST and are not trackable.
