How do I log in?

If you are already a Manna Member and signed up in-store or on our previous website (prior to November 2017) we have you on our system already. To access your account for the first time on our new website, enter your email address under ‘returning customer’ and click on Forgotten Password to create a new password. You should receive your reset e-mail immediately, however, sometimes it may take up to 5 minutes to arrive in your inbox. If it does not arrive, please check your spam or junk folder.


I can’t remember my password!

What if my email has changed?

Use your old email address to log in to your account online, then you can update it to your new email address there. Alternatively, you can contact your local store and they can update your email address for you.


Do I need an account to place an order online?

Yes, you can sign up here or at checkout.


Orders and shipping

Can I change or cancel an online order? 

Once an order has been submitted online, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon registering and the order is then considered final. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once finalised.  In the event that you do have a query regarding your order please contacts

Do you ship to the Outer Islands (Chatham, Kawau, Waiheke, etc)?

Yes, we do but please note that deliveries to the Outer Islands are sent via NZ POST and are not trackable.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All product that is In-Stock will be picked from an Auckland Manna store – sent to our Wiri, Auckland distribution warehouse, packed, and shipped to you within the time frames given on our Shipping Information page. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Auckland but may be obtained from other Manna Stores. If you are needing something urgently and want a more accurate delivery time, please email customerexperience@manna.co.nz or contact your nearest Manna Store.


Where is my order?

If it has been longer than the estimated shipping time and you suspect there may be a delay with your order, please email customerexperience@manna.co.nz and one of our team members will investigate this for you.

Can I buy and redeem gift vouchers on the website?

Gift vouchers can now be purchased/redeemed both online and in-store. Click here for more information.


Can I redeem my $5 reward vouchers on the website?

Yes, your voucher can be redeemed in-store and online.

What methods of payment do you accept? 

Manna Christian Stores accepts cash (in-store only), all major credit cards, EFTPOS and Afterpay (online only).


Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases? 

Yes, organisations that do have an account with us appreciate the benefit of bulk discounts where we use a tiered approach linked to the number of products ordered. These are discussed and agreed with customers at the time of purchase or when requesting a quote. Does Manna Christian Stores donate to charities/organisations? 

As we’re a Charitable trust ourselves we don’t do monetary donations. We do believe in partnering with organisations by helping to resource events, offer bulk discounts for special occasions, and do product grants where applicable.
