​MANNA CHRISTIAN STORES reserves the right to change these terms and conditions for future orders. We recommend that you read these terms carefully each time you place an order. By confirming your order you are agreeing to the outlined terms and conditions, as well as other appropriate policies (such as our privacy policy).

It is the purchasers' responsibility to ensure that and DVD or Blue Ray item is in the correct format and region for their country. If you are unsure please enquire at customerexperience@manna.co.nz

All disputes and disagreements fall within New Zealand law and jurisdiction.

PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS

By using the shopping cart feature on the MANNA CHRISTIAN STORES website you are submitting an offer to purchase a particular product for the price notified—including the delivery and other charges and taxes—at the time you place the order. This order will be subject to the terms and conditions that are outlined here. We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through our website.

ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF AN ORDER

In certain circumstances, MANNA CHRISTIAN STORES may need to decline your order. This may happen if the Product you have requested is not available. When we have received your order, we will confirm this via email. We will then also notify you of our ability to supply your order. This will be done within a reasonable period from the time you placed the order.

DAMAGED PRODUCT, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Nothing in our Returns Policy is intended to limit any legal rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or any other appropriate legislation.

Products purchased online or in-store can be returned, subject to the following conditions:

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

Goods (excluding CD’s DVD’s and Software) can be exchanged for other goods, or a Gift voucher, provided proof of purchase is presented and goods are returned in original condition within 14 days of the date of purchase.

If you have ordered a product online and subsequently changed your mind, only the price of the product can be refunded. Any delivery and associated fees are unable to be refunded. Any costs i.e. freight, in returning the product is the purchaser’s responsibility.

Any order may be canceled up until the time of dispatch i.e. if the order is delayed, without any costs being incurred and a full refund will be made.

FAULTY AND/OR DAMAGED GOODS

If goods purchased online were delivered damaged or faulty please contact us on customerexperience@manna.co.nz and we will arrange their return and refund your purchase in full.

If goods were purchased in-store, please return the goods with appropriate proof of purchase receipt, to your nearest Manna Christian Store for replacement or refund, within 14 days of original purchase.

Please note: When a refund is granted, we will refund the original purchase price via the method of payment indicated on the receipt. (E.g. if the purchase was made using a credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card account.)

Available on Backorder

Items marked as Available on Backorder are currently out of stock but will be ordered from our suppliers when we receive a customer order for them. Typically these items take 3 – 4 weeks to arrive from our international suppliers to our Auckland based warehouse after an order has been placed.

REWARD VOUCHERS

Reward vouchers can now be earned and redeemed both online and in-store. These reward vouchers are an exclusive reward to our Manna members who have earned 150 points. To register to become a member click here. Or, if you are already a member click here to see your reward points history.

• When vouchers are redeemed online they must be used for one order. Where the full amount of the voucher has not been used, the remaining balance will be forfeited to Manna Christian Stores.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Reward Vouchers are not money, legal tender, account cards, credit, charge or debit cards or securities.
• We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• Reward vouchers are valid for *three months after the issue date, the expiry date is stated on the reward voucher.
• All refunds for products shall be made in the original form of payment.
• These reward vouchers are a Manna member exclusive. This is unavailable to Ministry account holders and wholesale clients.

GIFT VOUCHERS

MANNA CHRISTIAN STORE GIFT VOUCHERS can now be purchased both in-store and online.

Gift vouchers purchased online will be emailed to the recipient's email address after the checkout process has been completed.

• When vouchers are redeemed online they must be used for one order. Where the full amount of the voucher has not been used, the remaining balance will be forfeited to Manna Christian Stores.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers are not money, legal tender, account cards, credit, charge or debit cards or securities.
• We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• Gift vouchers are valid for *one year after the issue date, reward vouchers are valid less than one year (expiry date stated on the reward voucher).
• The minimum value of a voucher is $5.
• All refunds for products shall be made in the original form of payment.
